Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items. Regular orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. Bespoke, commissioned and back ordered items will take longer. Please check the item's details or contact me directly at klaar@klaarsmithdesign.com.

All items are wrapped in an eco friendly gift box and are sent in a recyclable box or recyclable bubble envelop.

All items will be shipped via Royal Mail using the tracked and signed service.

Customs and taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Please note as of 1 January 2021 customs and import taxes may now apply to orders from the EU. You are advised to check with your local authorities for rules and regulations as every country has their specific rules.

KlaarSmithDesign is not responsible for delays due to customs.
