Covid-19 update
Dear everyone,
First of all thank you very much for coming to my website and having a look and hopefully ordering a lovely piece of jewellery.
These are troubling times and I hope everyone is safe and well. It is tough and I hope everyone is able to find the support they need to get through this.

Which measures am I taking to stay safe?
- I work from home, so there is no travel involved. There is also no worry about an external workplace I have to take care of.
- I am following the latest UK Government guidelines to ensure personal safety: I make sure I am strictly social distancing and hygiene protocols are enforced. Any new materials or products are quarantined for three days and wiped thoroughly. A lot of hand washing is going on throughout the day as well.
- All items are sent in a gift box and packaged in a bubble wrap envelop or box. I pack everything and send all items myself. Anything that can be done at home during this process I do at home making sure I stick to hygiene protocols.
Orders and deliveries
Orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked and Signed Delivery. However due to COVID-19 changes have been made by the Royal Mail to avoid personal contact as much as possible. You will not be asked to provide a signature, but they will take the name of the person accepting the parcel instead. More information can be found on their website.
Delivering time frames
- Please be aware that due to increased demand Royal Mail may experience some minor delays. Standard delivery service can take longer than you are used to. Although I hope to have your new pieces with you by your estimated delivery date, I am unable to guarantee this at this time.
